The merger of Mint Indian Bistro and India Oven Masala under the brand name “Mint Indian Bistro” shall occur over the next few weeks. India Oven Masala will close its doors permanently effective December 31, 2021. “Meanwhile, our customers will continue to receive the same excellent quality of food and service, which they have experienced from us ever since we opened in 2008,” Parikh added.
