Be Kind To Your Wait-staff Wherever You Go
Biru is working today on Christmas Day. Along with many of the team members who will continue to work during the Holidays to make yours more beautiful and fun. Biru has been working with us for more than 8 years and has a family and a 2-year old. But he makes the choice to work during the Holidays, so you can enjoy yours.

Biru always has a smile on his face as he works during the Holidays!
Biru is like many others who work during the Holidays. They have the best intentions – they want to serve you and are working hard to efficiently get your orders to your table. But the Holidays bring some unique challenges with them. There ’s a lot going on. People are busy; places are busy. Even though things seem slow to you; the back of the house is working full-throttle. And not just at Mint, this happens everywhere.
The reason we bring this up in a post is that just this week, Biru was on the receiving end of a not-so-nice exchange with a customer who complained about a delayed order. The way he treated Biru was not the way anyone should be treated. It ruined his mojo and the team morale in general. We see this trend at other retail organizations as well during this busy time. So we just want to remind everyone to just be a little patient and recognize the fact that everyone is trying hard to make the Holidays fun and special.
Our team works very hard to serve you; we just ask you to just BE KIND. Not just to our team, but any retail establishment you walk into.

Mistakes happen; holidays are a busy time. Here’s what you can do to make your visit better.
We advise you to always plan your visit. For dinner, please make a reservation by selecting one of the two locations and then clicking on Reservations. And we request you to just be kind and patient with the wait staff.
We wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and joyous season – because that’s how it should be for everyone.
PS: If you can, leave a Holiday note for anyone serving you this Holiday season! It will make their day!
