Thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times! We hope you are staying healthy and safe! We have been able to keep our doors open for delivery and pickup orders as well as keep some of our team safely employed. And we owe it all to you!
How are we doing?
Like many organizations, our sales are dramatically down as we are closed for dine-in. Fortunately, we’ve been in business for 10+ years and we have a time-tested team, which is resilient and ready to serve you again. In order to get ready to reopen (whenever it is safe to do so), we have created a Social Distance Dining Plan with the safety of our guests and staff as our #1 priority.
Together, we are united in a shared goal to ensure we continue to impact our local Las Vegas community in a positive way for many more years to come.
Here’s what we are currently doing to weather the storm and get ready for Restaurant 2.0 – the New Normal.
Contactless Delivery & Pickup
We introduced Contactless Delivery and Curbside Pickup through the technology we have been using for many years now. This is keeping the engine running, allowing our employees to have a job.
Social Distance Dining Implementation
We are working on a Social Distance Dining & Sanitization Plan to reopen when it is safe to do so.
What is our plan to reopen?
When it’s safe to open our doors for dining, here are the changes you will see at the restaurant.
![]() All tables will be at a 6-foot distance from each other. Full-service will be provided at your table and we will replace our lunch buffet with a Lunch Specials Menu. The menu will change daily and will be served in disposable plates. The dinner menu will remain the same, and you will have the option to choose between China or disposable tableware for dinner service. We will not seat more than 10 people on one table. |
![]() Between each guest, there will be frequent cleaning and sanitization. We will put lunch and dinner service hours in place. What this means for you is that you will have to reserve your table in advance. |
![]() Due to limited seating and service slots (as a result of the above two changes), you will need to make a reservation online before you arrive. At this time, you will have the option to preselect menu items. This does not mean your order is placed but will help you save time. We will send you a link to our Reservation system as soon as we reopen. |
![]() For the safety of our guests and employees, we will not be using any physical menus and you will be able to look at our Contactless Menu on your mobile devices. We will continue with our Contactless Delivery and Pickup Services. |
![]() Again for your safety, we will only accept payments via Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Card Tap. |
![]() And don’t be surprised if you see your server wearing a mask and gloves! Your safety (and that of our employees) is our #1 priority. |
Stay Strong! This moment in time is a unique opportunity to face hesitation and optimistically take focused-action. Together, we can individually and collectively emerge resilient, compassionate, and united. Please continue to take care of yourself and your loved ones. |
If you are a restaurant, you can go to VegasChow.com and download a complete restaurant plan to navigate those tough times.
We’re all in it together and we would like to help in any way we can. You can use this as a framework to reopen your restaurant.
In the meanwhile, we will continue with our Contactless Delivery and Curbside Pickup services, so you can safely order and enjoy your favorite Indian food at home.
