Chef Manoj started with Kris Parikh at the opening of the first Mint Indian Bistro in 2008. He has over 19+ years of working in Indian kitchens across the United States. In 2014, he started his own restaurant in South Carolina, ran it successfully for 2 years.He then returned to Las Vegas to work for Mozen Bistro at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas as a Chef De Cuisine. He knew his heart was with the Mint group even though he was working for a large Corporation and returned to oversee growing restaurant operations in 2018. Since then, he is managing back of the house operation and production for all of our restaurants in Las Vegas. He has an extensive experience cooking bulk food items and handling onsite operations at Casinos/ Hotels for large parties and Conventions. Chef Manoj is an operation expert with can do attitude and he’s forever Mint at heart!
