Ulzan Mehta has worked in the restaurant hospitality industry in Las Vegas for 21 years. From 2017 to 2020 he owned and managed India Oven restaurant in Las Vegas, serving north Indian cuisine. In 2021, Ulzan joined the Mint team as a partner & shareholder. He currently oversees entire Las Vegas and Henderson operations, including 3 locations of Mint Indian Bistro, Divine Dosa & Biryani on the strip, Rotifix.com & Mantra Masala (commercial and catering kitchens)
